Our company is currently opening job vacancies for position People Development Staff with the following responsible & qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Update Organization Structure<\/li>
  2. Distribute & Collect Performance Appraisal<\/li>
  3. Coordinate with user for create Job Analysis and Job Description<\/li>
  4. Compile KPIs data<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Management SDM or similar;<\/li>
    2. Must have at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience as HR (Preferable that have experience on people management and organization development)<\/li>
    3. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills<\/li>
    4. Have professional integrity and good personality<\/li>
    5. Attention to detail and good judgement<\/li>
    6. Able to work with team and individually<\/li>
    7. Willing be placed in Alam Sutra, Tangerang<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
